We're Sorry for the unpleasant experience, let us correct that for you. We can fix it by reshipping the product to you, so please send us a picture of defected products so as to convince our seller partners. Also write to us at customercare@veganaffair.in along with the images of the products as received. Our concerned team will get back to you at the earliest.

If you have received the shipments from all the individual partner sellers and have partial products, please connect to our support executive at customercare@veganaffair.in. Else your products might be on their way. You can the status of your order through the link here.

Vegan Affair is a marketplace portal and we follow the drop ship model, which means we don't have any product in our inventory and everything you order is sourced directly from the seller. You will receive multiple parcels across days as they will be shipped by individual partner sellers. We ensure that you will be notified about each item and its status via email and SMS.

We apologize sincerely for goofing up on your order. Kindly email us on customercare@veganaffair.in along with the image of product and we ensure that you get the product you ordered for at the earliest.

Please check if your order has been received by someone else, check with family, friends and neighbours. If not then wait until the end of the day—packages can show as delivered while still in transit. If you are still unable to locate your item, write to us at customercare@veganaffair.in along with all details of your order.

We won’t be able to edit the details once the product is shipped but we will try our best to reroute your parcel. Kindly email us on customercare@veganaffair.in with along changed address.

If you know what you’re looking for, use Search Box and zero in on your product from the results. Alternatively, you can also navigate through category bar that helps you explore our wide range of products in a more categorized manner.

We have individual partner sellers across the country, and they provide us with approximate time for every product which varies from ASAP to 8-10 days. An approximate time of delivery is clearly displayed on each product page, and we would request you to keep that in mind while ordering. We still try to expedite your order in special cases, but please understand the final choice lies with our Partner Seller. We will keep you informed in either of the cases.

It’s very simple! When you start adding your first product in the cart, it will ask you to enter your PIN Code. Basis on which, each product page will clearly highlight whether or not that particular product is eligible for the mentioned Pin Code.

Many of our products have limited shelf-life and cannot be mass produced. Some of these products are loved very much and get sold out quickly and none is left with us to serve the remaining of you hence the Out of Stock notice. If you want a product that is Out of Stock, you can input your email on Product information page and we'll notify you as soon as it becomes available again.

Yes, we assure that all items delivered to you are properly packed and we take all the measure to ensure safe and secure delivery of your loved products.
